Important Order Processing & Shipping Information

Shipping Only Within The Continental USA.
Some products may have special shipping instructions.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders for in-stock items.
Please allow 3-10 business days for most deliveries.
During holidays order processing and shipping may take longer.


RETURNS

Mist-ified will gladly exchange or refund any item within 15 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange the product for other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a new order on the site for what you would like instead. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount that you paid (this excludes any promotional discounts and/or original shipping cost) on your next credit card statement.

Please note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.

All returns that are refunded will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns require the following to be accepted;

  1. Original tags attached
  2. Items must not have been used, installed, etc.
  3. No visible damages

Here's the three-step routine for returning stuff:

Step 1: Email us first to get a return authorization number. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! Don't forget. We must know who's sending what back to properly credit your account.

Step 2: Re-pack the product in its original box and include your original packing invoice. Simply address the package as follows:

Be sure to write your return authorization number on the packing slip and on the outside of the box and place this important paperwork inside the package. Note that your return shipping charges will be reimbursed if the item is being returned because of our error.

Step 3:

  • Please ship the product back to us via UPS or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit.
  • Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
  • Note that it generally takes 2-3 business days for a return to be credited on your credit card.
  • Please note that in the case of returns sent from APO/FPO addresses, the military handles the delivery, so we are unable to estimate the shipping time back to us. Usually these returns take a little longer than normal, so please be patient.
