The Mist-ified RVDX Kit is as nice as it gets!
Professional installation is recommended but a good handy person can do it in a couple of hours.
The RVDX installs directly in-line with the on-board RV water system (see instructions).
After initial installation, the exterior mist system (valve, nozzles and tubing) simply plug into the water source for instant cooling.
A one-way valve is housed behind a trim door similar to a (RV "water fill door" or "electrical hatch").
One-way valve holds water pressure until the misting system is connected. Water pressure now flows into the misting system that is extended up the RV awning support and attached to the shade awning with small spring clips.
The RVDX comes with a filtered On/Off valve to control flow and save water, when not in use.
Spring clips easily attach/detach from the awning (and a simple push button release removes the mist system from the RV with little to NO water wasted.
The RVDX system (hose, nozzles, etc.) is stored in a durable mesh bag for convenient storage.
The mist system is winterized along with the RV when serviced. No additional winterizing necessary!
